Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Auto Damage Estimator to evaluate first- and third-party material damage claims and produce accurate, comprehensive repair estimates that support timely and appropriate claim resolution. In this role, you will leverage strong analytical skills and industry expertise to assess vehicle damage, interpret photos and documentation, and ensure estimates align with company guidelines and repair standards. This position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2–3 years of insurance and/or auto body estimating experience, particularly those proficient in CCC ONE and experienced in evaluating a wide range of vehicle damages. This is a fully remote position requiring a dedicated work-from-home space and the ability to work an Eastern Time schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM). While an adjusting license is not required at the time of hire, candidates must obtain licensure within a defined timeframe post-hire. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a virtual environment, and a commitment to delivering accurate estimates that drive quality claim outcomes and a best-in-class customer experience.
