Role Description - Maintain, develop and expand Constantia Flexible’s market presence in the flexibles packaging market (specifically confectionary and dairy films). - Identify market opportunities, initiate projects and lead the sales effort to successfully close these business opportunities. - Establish and manage sustainable, trustful relationships with selected customers. - Develop and implement new materials/specifications in the market together with the Product Management team. - Create and report insights about prevailing market trends, customer needs, product portfolio demands, pricing, and competitor information. - Develop strong working relationships with key personnel at plants and knowledge of plant production offerings. - Track activities and customer information in CRM system. Qualifications - Must-have: German and English in full professional proficiency. - Minimum 5 years sales/business development experience in the flexibles packaging industry (e.g. confectionary and dairy films) in an international environment. - Proven track record in establishing business successfully in new markets with a strong hunter mentality. - Experience in developing yearly budgets and forecasts. - High result orientation, entrepreneurial spirit and “can-do” approach combined with strong ability to influence and negotiate. - Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
