• Meets with customers following the sale to demonstrate features and functions of the software. • Completes system configuration tasks as assigned by manager. • Manages routine implementations with small-market customers. • Demonstrates well-rounded knowledge of Raptor products. • Adheres to departmental process and procedure and maintains systems of record. • Configure and customize software modules, including Visitor Management, Kiosk, Premium Volunteer, Drill Manager, Raptor Alert, Accountability, StudentSafe and SchoolPass according to client requirements. • Send recap emails to provide clients with summaries of the call, additional resources and relevant information. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring proper data entry and Chatter management and document uploads. • Conduct product configuration sessions via Teams for clients, ensuring they fully understand the features and functionality of the software modules. • Handle auxiliary tasks such as (but not limited to) CRG Maps, Imports, GeoFencing, and Drill Backdating as assigned. • Project Manage clients ensuring they are fully implemented on Visitor Management, Kiosk, and Premium Volunteer. • Other relevant tasks, as needed

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of SAP OTC (SD/MM) solutions • Design end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and returns • Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, PP/QM, and other enterprise systems • Drive process standardization, automation, and optimization of sales processes • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD/MM solution designs • Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and rollout projects • Provide expertise in revenue processes, billing flows, and customer order management • Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and enhancements • Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, validation, and deployment support • Act as a client-facing advisor for OTC process improvements and best practices • Support presales activities including solution design and client presentations

• On a typical day, you might be: running satellite imagery through a pipeline and validating the output; debugging a geospatial join in Python; reviewing a draft analysis with a Customer Success Manager before it goes to a customer; talking with a utility vegetation manager to walk through findings and adjust based on what you hear; refactoring a notebook into a reusable script for the team; or sketching out how a recurring customer ask could become a product feature. • Ensure our customers get the most possible value out of Overstory through technical and analytical work • Own customer projects end-to-end, from data requests and processing through analysis to customer-ready outputs, in close partnership with Customer Success. • Work with large geospatial datasets (vector and raster) from Overstory's platform, customers, and third-party sources — process, validate, analyze, and turn them into outputs customers can act on. • Build rapport with customer counterparts. Translate technical findings into recommendations that change decisions and lead to better outcomes for our customers. • Build the technical foundations for what we productize next • Identify patterns across customer work that are worth standardizing and productizing. Convert one-off projects into repeatable artifacts. • Strengthen engineering quality so analytical work is easier to validate, hand off, and scale. • Partner with product and engineering to build the productization roadmap. • Strengthen the analytics workflows and infrastructure that support both customer impact and future productization.

• Lead the design and implementation of data and AI/ML architecture solutions across cloud and on-premise platforms. • Lead complex customer engagements, providing strategic technical vision and aligning solutions with customer business goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor. • Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and presentations. • Define and execute data lifecycle processes: ingestion, storage, processing, and visualization. • Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals. • Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and architecture frameworks (e.g., AWS Well-Architected, GCP Architecture Framework). • Lead cross-functional teams, providing mentorship and guidance to technical talent. • Design and execute proofs of concept for emerging technologies like Generative AI, Machine Learning. • Drive backend/ML services best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions. • Oversee data governance and data quality processes across platforms. • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and continuously improve the architecture strategy.
