• Provide New Hire Training to newly hired VIs using approved Curriculum. • Under the direction of the Training Department and other relevant personnel, support and train current VIs, companywide. • Be a role model and point person to answer questions on VI policies, procedures, trouble shooting and best practices. • Bring questions to the Training Department as needed • Provide remote support to the training team at large in an ever-changing virtual environment • Work in VRS, adhering to all expectations of Video Interpreters, when not training. • Potential, occasional travel to provide training in various locations • Other Duties as assigned
