Role Description Your main role as Flying ETO within the OSV's Fleet of the BOURBON Group is to enhance Technical operational performance of visited vessels by: - Assessing vessel condition - Monitoring maintenance processes deployment - Training the maintenance stakeholders Support vessels breakdown electrical/automation repairs by providing expertise and reporting to the operational cell. Your main tasks: - Ensure on site safe maintenance of visited vessels (LTIR, TRIR) - Check that Maintenance processes (Maintenance Culture and Governance) are well deployed and applied. Report to Office and fill the gaps by carrying out necessary trainings. - Support vessel breakdown repairs (UPMP) by ensuring on site leadership under the vessel Technical Superintendent. Deliver repair technical and financial report after the breakdown. - Provide support during Vessel Technical Inspection of visited vessels to ensure that the vessel condition is as per Bourbon standards and that all deviations are well reported and assessed into the CMMS. You will report directly to the Technical Director. This position is open on a rotational basis to be defined depending on the candidate. Qualifications - You have at least 3 years of experience in an ETO position. - You are a Marine Electro Technical Officer certified with DP Maintenance Course and have experience at sea. - You have strong marine electrical and automation knowledge in Power Generation, Propulsion Drives, and Dynamic Positioning Systems. Requirements - Experience in ETO position. - Certification as Marine Electro Technical Officer. - Strong knowledge in marine electrical and automation systems. • Prepares engineering analysis of projects including preliminary design, detailed design, project cost analysis, life cycle cost analysis and equipment selection. • Manages engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring projects meet intended outcomes and remain within agreed costs and schedules. • Develops and maintains mass and energy balances of processes; performs engineering analysis and leads implementation of solutions. • Prepares Capital Investment Requests; analyzes bids from engineering firms, vendors and contractors; negotiates purchase and contracts. • Provides full cycle performance management support for suppliers/contractors including setting objectives and monitoring work. • Conducts PHAs, MOCs and PSSRs on projects managed. • Collaborates with corporate HSE department to ensure all safety requirements are met.

• Cleans up, improves, and optimizes existing AI prompts and workflows to reduce bloat and increase accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction • Creates and maintains a suite of automated and manual tests to ensure quality, prevents regression, and validates AI tool performance • Conducts regular audits of current AI tool implementations and create comprehensive documentation for team members and leadership • Audits samples of customer phone calls to verify accuracy of success rate metrics and diagnose issues with current automation tools • Independently identifies areas for improvement in AI tools and propose strategic changes to address gaps or inefficiencies • Works with Customer Service leadership to discover new opportunities where AI tools can reduce workload for live agents • Collaborates with the Engineering team to request necessary API changes and new endpoints to support and enhance AI tools

• Work with product managers and other engineers to help design the future of the technology. • Troubleshoot production issues, and design future remediations to deliver on Ditto's goal of a high performance, self-healing, and reliable mesh. • Relentlessly optimize to ensure efficient bandwidth utilization and reliable data transfer between peers. • Use both industry standard and novel techniques to build robust data sync technologies. • Support API design and product development teams by providing technical advice to leverage core Ditto mesh technologies. • Author RFCs, design and document system architecture, and collaborate with other teams within Ditto. • Estimate the delivery timeline for projects and communicate with management and the broader team regarding project execution. • Set team culture by example, expanding Ditto’s culture of Trust, Communication, and Continual Improvement.
