Se você é inquieto, propositivo e não tem medo de mudar de ideia, leia com atenção. - Operar o Claude Code (Anthropic) para construção de ferramentas internas, automações e análises de marketing e vendas; - Identificar gargalos operacionais e propor soluções antes de ser solicitado; - Suportar iniciativas estratégicas do time de Growth: análise de CAC, churn, performance de campanhas e automação de processos; - Colaborar em projetos de alto impacto com autonomia crescente; - Documentar e sistematizar aprendizados para escalar o que funciona. Qualifications - Perfil jovem, adaptável e sem resistência a mudanças: este é o requisito mais importante; - Alta proatividade: entrega o combinado e traz o próximo passo junto; - Comunicação objetiva, capacidade de sintetizar e defender ideias com dados; - Mentalidade analítica aplicada a problemas reais de negócio; - Formação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação, estatística, Ciência de Dados, Engenharias ou áreas com forte componente analítico/técnico. Requirements - Experiência prática (pelo menos como usuário avançado) com LLMs: OpenAI GPT4, Claude, Gemini ou similares; - Noções de prompt engineering: saber que a forma como se pergunta muda qualidade, latência e custo; - Git no dia a dia: branching, commits, code review básico; - Familiaridade ou disposição imediata para aprender ferramentas de IA generativa no fluxo de trabalho.
