Test & Quality Assurance Analyst

• Provide end to end test execution, ensuring solutions are thoroughly tested and fully aligned with agreed customer requirements and design specifications. • Create test scripts from Test Plans / Low Level Designs for testing enterprise Network infrastructure (SDWAN / Routers / switches / firewalls / Cloud WAN) and link to requirements • Understand Test phases purposes: Unit, System Integration, Functional, Non-Functional, Disaster recovery, Operation Acceptance • Execute network testing both remotely and on customer sites • Collect Test execution evidence, Reporting execution / Defect in qTest
Job Requirements
- Working experience and Knowledge of Cisco Switches / Router console commands
- Handling Fibre optic cables
- Understanding of Data Centre operating procedures and customer site working
- Set up network test equipment e.g. for RFC 2544 testing, Performance Testing iPerf, packet capture
- Network and Service Management tool set (e.g. StableNet, Catalyst Center /DNA Centre)
- ISTQB Foundation Certified (Desirable)
- AI & Automation (Desirable)
