The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our underwriting staff. Roles & Responsibilities: - Create and maintain engaging training materials, including job aids, e-learning modules, workshops, knowledge assessments and Standard Operating Procedures. - Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and online training programs for underwriting staff. - Evaluate training program efficiency through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. - Provide ongoing support and coaching to underwriting staff to ensure continuous improvement in underwriting practices. - Stay current with industry trends, changes in regulations, advancements in underwriting technology, and new learning/development methodologies. - Collaborate with subject matter experts and management to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions. - Support change management initiatives related to underwriting processes, systems, and methodologies. - Foster an environment of psychological safety. Role Description As a member of our underwriting support team, you will provide high level support to the underwriting function.
