Role Description The Coordinator, People Development & Insight reports to the Senior Manager, National Administration, Talent Services and works closely with the coordinator team. The coordinator is responsible for supporting the National team and their clients in the PD&I business line. - Coordinate and manage the various consultants’ business activities, including all their delivery and business development efforts. - Plan, schedule, organize, and manage the day-to-day activities relating to client care services and business intake, while maintaining the highest quality of service. How you'll make an impact - Act as first line of contact to support the consultants in providing administrative support and coordination of their service requirements (including scheduling, creating draft communications, updating and proofreading materials, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, organizing documents and creating filing systems, capturing and summarizing meeting notes, providing technical support for virtual deliveries, etc.). - Work in cooperation with other coordinators to assist with project management of national activities that includes creating and executing on project plans, invoicing, reporting, etc. - Respond to client inquiries. - Develop and implement work procedures to improve our service offering through communications and follow-ups to clients. - Monitor the progress of client mandates and flag issues to leader. - Actively use and maintain the contact management system, Invenias. - Assist in the creation of service offerings, RFP’s, and procedures for corporate clients.
