• Source (recruit, screen, interview, and qualify) candidates for a variety of projects and programs • Conduct advanced job‑board research to identify effective posting channels based on project requirements • Create and post job advertisements on multiple job boards and online communities • Apply out‑of‑the‑box sourcing strategies to identify specialized, rare, niche, or hard‑to‑find talent populations • Support crowd recruitment initiatives, including sourcing large, diverse pools of task‑based contributors across multiple markets • Build, nurture, and maintain scalable sourcing funnels that can respond quickly to high‑volume recruitment needs • Use social media and professional networks to attract high‑quality candidates • Communicate daily with candidates, ensuring timely and clear responses to questions • Support screening and qualification processes following project guidelines • Track and report recruitment KPIs and prepare internal sourcing reports • Maintain organized recruitment documentation and ensure data accuracy • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sourcing practices and workflows • Identify sourcing bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement process improvements • Assist in building partnerships with universities, organizations, online communities, and talent networks • Support candidate engagement initiatives throughout the candidate lifecycle • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the manager/supervisor
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition roles
- Experience sourcing candidates within North America
- Experience posting and researching job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, niche boards)
- Hands‑on experience with ATS and resource management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Expertise in sourcing and advertising on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) and digital marketing
- Experience working in multinational, multicultural, or virtual environments
- Experience in a cross‑functional/matrix organization
- Experience with specialized sourcing, crowd recruitment, gig‑economy talent, or high‑volume recruiting is strongly preferred
