Senior Finance and Operations Leader
Arrowhead Programs
• Lead and assist with various projects within the Programs division, both at the Regional and Divisional level. • Review accounting processes and recommend changes or improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Leverage software automation for process efficiencies. • Research technical accounting issues for compliance. • Manage accounting operations including, but not limited to, monthly closing, management reporting, KPIs and internal controls. • Develop, prepare, implement, and ensure compliance with internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in accounting or financial leadership role.
- Proven leadership in managing and developing a team.
- Experience in delivering projects and initiatives that deliver measurable financial results with a focus on driving organic growth.
- Proven ability to effectively interact with leadership in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office environment, including but not limited to, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- CPA (preferred)
- Workday financials experience (preferred)
