• Creating and maintaining project plan based on requirements document for fixed-cost or progressive projects. • Managing scrum team, ensuring effective cooperation and collaboration among team members. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Following Agile methodologies by conducting daily and weekly meetings to enhance communication and maximize productivity. • Reviewing sprint outcome and following up on demos for various stakeholders. • Ensuring efficient use of resources and appropriate task division among team leaders. • Collaborating with business analyst to develop documentation and technical guides for end users. • Promoting company and project standards in all deliverables. • Preparing status reports and conducting regular project status meetings with team members. • Communicating with other PMs to ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding SAP technology and cloud service delivery • Partner with the Client Delivery Manager (CDM) to maintain regular stakeholder cadence and manage service delivery expectations • Lead and own technical discussions, coordinating with internal SAP delivery experts as needed • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s SAP landscape and system interdependencies • Support account and technical operations teams in executing service delivery plans and schedules • Analyze customer technical requirements and drive issues to resolution by coordinating the appropriate technical experts • Present technical offerings, architecture details, and engagement models to internal and external stakeholders • Guide customers on Business Continuity, Security, Compliance, and Network architecture • Assess customer security and network requirements to ensure alignment with SAP security architecture standards • Conduct monthly technical and operational reviews against cloud architecture and roadmap • Drive issue resolution plans through to completion • Support SAP migration and modernization roadmaps in collaboration with partners, system integrators, and SAP professional services

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for strategic clients, ensuring quality, scalability, and predictable execution. • Act as the main technical point of contact for CTOs and senior engineering stakeholders. • Lead technical discovery, solution design, and effort estimation during pre-sales and early project phases. • Define and govern cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS, Azure) following best practices and security standards. • Guide engineering teams in modern architectures, microservices, and cloud-native solutions. • Oversee the full SDLC, managing risks, dependencies, and delivery performance. • Ensure delivery health across accounts: KPIs, capacity planning, budgets, and service metrics. • Identify and support account growth opportunities through technical leadership and solution evolution.
