• The Technical Sales Trainee Program offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven sales environment in preparation to become a full-time Technical Sales Representative. • During this 16-week training program at Lincoln Electric’s World Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, Technical Sales Trainees will develop welding skills in all processes, build comprehensive product knowledge, and learn to excel in a dynamic sales environment. • Following the training program, our Technical Sales Representatives will relocate to their respective territory in Quebec, Canada. • Here, they will actively manage and grow a territory by driving corporate and regional strategic initiatives, navigating distributor relationships to grow discretionary sales, and promoting their own target programs to increase market share.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing or having achieved a bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business field by June 2026.
- Hold Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work permit.
- A degree in any of the following disciplines: business administration, marketing, engineering, communication, or any related fields.
- Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
- Bi-Lingual Preference French and English.
- Willing to relocate to Cleveland for the Trainee Program and return to Quebec, CA upon completion.
- Interest in sales, technical/field service, and customer support.
- Willingness to collaborate across departments (engineering, product management, and sales).

Role Description As a Founding Sales Development Representative at SigIQ.ai, you’ll drive the earliest district partnerships in the U.S. K-12 ecosystem. You’ll introduce EverTutor to superintendents, curriculum leaders, MTSS/intervention teams, and instructional leaders who are focused on accelerating learning and improving capacity. You’ll own outbound motion and qualification, collaborate closely with product and implementation on pilots, and help districts understand how EverTutor can deliver high-impact tutoring that scales. This is a strategic, consultative sales role with a clear path to Account Executive and, longer term, Head of Sales.
