• Own and enhance core features across the React frontend and Python/Node backend • Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver elegant, high-performance solutions • Design and maintain APIs, data models, and PostgreSQL database schemas • Integrate AI/ML pipelines, including PDF parsing, document insights, and automated submittal review • Work closely with users and customers to understand construction workflows and evolve the platform to meet real-world needs • Write clean, tested code, participate in code reviews and pair programming, and promote best practices
