Inbound Sales Development Representative, SDR

• Be the first point of contact for inbound leads — understand their needs and kick off the qualification process • Qualify leads from various sources (website, product trials, etc.) to determine fit and readiness to speak with an Account Executive • Schedule high-quality meetings between decision-makers and our sales team • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and pipeline status in our CRM • Collaborate with marketing to ensure lead quality and provide feedback to improve our process • Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest but aren’t yet ready to move forward • Regularly update your manager and team on pipeline health and progress toward goals

Job Requirements

  • Located in either United Kingdom or Ireland (hard requirement)
  • Comfort talking to people and a natural ability to communicate clearly
  • Resilience with rejection and the motivation to keep going
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • A track record of meeting goals for lead qualification and meeting scheduling
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in SaaS or tech (preferred)
  • Prior experience in inbound sales at a SaaS company (preferred)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing processes (preferred)
