Role Description The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) works with C-level leadership at Adobe’s top customers to craft strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ Adobe’s digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments, and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. What You’ll Do: - Take part in client-facing strategy engagements for senior customers. - Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product experts, and enterprise architects to deliver value for customers. - Contribute in one or more of the following areas: - Strategic business engagements: - Deep discovery interviews - Prioritization exercises - Business value - North Star customer journeys - Analytics benchmarking using Adobe’s proprietary data - Executive advisory: - Collaboration with senior customer executives - Present market research and Adobe’s perspective on a client’s business challenge - Customer workshops: - Facilitate discovery & develop solutions aligned to business challenges - Use case ideation - Build out customer journeys for North Star experiences - Contribute industry leadership: - Collaborate to define Adobe’s perspective on impactful industry experiences - Author thought leadership assets to drive demand generation - Be the voice of the industry within Adobe to inform product strategy - Collaborate on Adobe’s strategy to deepen its customer footprint in core industries. - Engage with Center of Excellence teams that drive core tools and capabilities that fuel DSG engagements.
