Program Operations Coordinator

Apparel Impact Institute

• Provide administrative and operational support for monitoring and reporting program activities. • Assist in maintaining data collection procedures and driving process automation to help the team meet internal and external stakeholder requirements. • Assist the Manager in tracking program metrics, milestones, and performance across designated regions. • Support the maintenance of data collection, analysis, and reporting procedures. • Execute automated workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. • Help prepare program result summaries to demonstrate impact to stakeholders. • Support the maintenance and improvement of program management tools and deliverables. • Assist in standardizing program deployment conditions across experts and regions. • Manage document and version control, including shared folders, training manuals, and the Program Management handbook. • Coordinate onboarding logistics and routine communication with external Experts. • Track Expert invoices and maintain up-to-date cohort structures. • Draft and organize agreements, including Statements of Work (SoWs). • Serve as a key user and troubleshooter for Aii’s Made2Flow platform, supporting daily engagement with Brands, Facilities, and Experts. • Support global program management across assessment, action plan creation and tracking/monitoring programs. • Support ad hoc tasks and needs related to project implementation and operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master’s Degree; preferably in project management, environmental science or similar fields.
  • Strong experience with Excel (analytics & modeling), PowerBI and other database/software management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders to obtain pertinent information for informed decision making by asking critical questions.
  • Experience working remotely in global teams.
  • Light to moderate travel for meetings.
  • Interest in major global sustainability topics and desire to drive the environmental impact.
  • Strong, organized and highly detailed project management skills.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, responsibility, maturity, patience, and curiosity.
  • Fluent English - oral and written skills; other language skills are a plus (priority will be given to Vietnamese, Italian and Turkish fluency).
