• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to UK-based beauty businesses (salons, clinics, retailers). • Identify and qualify leads within the beauty/hair/wellness space. • Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives. • Build and manage a consistent pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). • Research target accounts and personalise outreach strategies. • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns. • Track outreach performance and optimise conversion rates.

Job Requirements

  • Must be UK-based with strong understanding of the local beauty/wellness market.
  • 3+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience.
  • Proven experience selling into beauty, haircare, skincare, or wellness industries (essential).
  • Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Experience engaging with salon owners, spa managers, or retail buyers is highly desirable.
