Role Description Why Legal Ops at Steno Is Different: - No bureaucracy, no bloat – We're a Slack-first, two-attorney team. You'll move fast, make real decisions, and skip the enterprise approval circus. - Cross-functional from day one – You'll partner directly with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT/Security — not just support Legal. - High-volume, high-variety contract work – Provider agreements, client contracts, vendor deals, and compliance programs across a network of court reporters, videographers, interpreters, and process servers. - You own the stack – CLM evaluation, matter management, automation, renewals, budget tracking, playbooks.
