Role Description Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Consultor SAP CO Senior (Controlling), para participar en proyectos de implementación S/4HANA en la industria agroindustrial, con foco en el diseño, configuración y validación de procesos de Controlling en entornos multi-país. - Diseñar y configurar el módulo SAP CO en S/4HANA (centros de costo, centros de beneficio, costeo de producto y análisis de rentabilidad). - Configurar y participar en la puesta en marcha de Material Ledger y Margin Analysis. - Acompañar y ejecutar pruebas integrales y de usuario (SIT / UAT). - Validar procesos de negocio junto a los equipos funcionales y stakeholders. - Participar activamente en proyectos de implementación bajo la metodología SAP Activate. - Colaborar en iniciativas de implementación multi-país, asegurando estándares y buenas prácticas. - Documentar soluciones funcionales y configuraciones realizadas. Qualifications - Experiencia mínima de 5 años como consultor SAP CO. - Experiencia comprobable en proyectos de implementación S/4HANA. - Sólidos conocimientos en Material Ledger y Margin Analysis. - Experiencia en proyectos multi-país. - Conocimientos y experiencia en SAP Activate. - Nivel de inglés técnico intermedio. Role Description The Associate Implementation Manager will report to the Sr. Manager, Client Management in the CDB Client Services Department. This role is responsible for new client onboarding and engagement. This role directs all aspects of client benefit plan installation for new and existing clients of Inspira’s products and services and develops/executes an implementation strategy consistent with client expectations. - Act as the single point-of-contact for benefit plan implementation; mediate and coordinate resolution of all project deliverables and implementation related issues. - Partner with all key stakeholders (i.e., sales/service staff, consultants, plan sponsors, and other internal business units) to proactively identify and address critical implementation issues ensuring client expectations are consistently satisfied or exceeded. - Evaluate impact of client-requested exception and develop reasonable alternatives to satisfy client’s needs while minimizing impact on systems and operations. - Identify, communicate and track cost sensitive items not included as part of the standard process. - Identify opportunities for cross sales and account rounding of additional Inspira products and services throughout the implementation process. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience in project management. - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Finance or related field preferred. - Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature. - Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines. - An affinity for accuracy and efficiency. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking. - Strong collaboration skills. - A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly. - Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving complex AI/ML issues. • Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML training and inference workloads, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. • Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities, promote the latest products, and deliver technical presentations. • Act as a bridge to product teams, providing customer feedback, relaying feature requests, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements. • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, negotiate solutions, and effectively drive alignment to address customer challenges.

• You take end-to-end responsibility for hospital implementations and manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks — from kick-off to successful go-live. • You manage key stakeholders on the client side (e.g., executive management, IT, medical leadership) and ensure clear communication as well as professional escalation management. • In close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, you ensure that all requirements are met and go-lives are executed smoothly. • You maintain project tracking, reports, and documentation and proactively suggest improvements to continuously optimize our implementation processes.
