Benefits - Fair compensation aligned with experience, responsibility, and impact. - 100% remote within Europe — work from where you're most productive. - Flexible working hours (30–38h/week) — you can adjust your schedule any time. - 30 days paid vacation plus a company-wide break between Christmas and New Year. - No overtime culture — sustainable work over performative busyness. - Compassionate leave and real support during difficult personal or family situations. - Parental leave & a genuinely family-friendly culture. - Choice of equipment (Mac or Linux). - Paid training and professional development budget. - Optional paid WeWork membership if you prefer a workspace outside your home. - A values-driven employer that consciously chooses which industries and projects to engage with.
