• Embed a consistent operating business system across the function, connecting strategy, execution, and results • Ensure priorities are clearly articulated, aligned across teams, and reinforced through operating cadence and metrics • Run the Technology & Growth operating rhythm, ensuring discipline, clarity, and follow‑through. • Prepare leaders with the right insights, questions, and materials to drive informed decisions, not just updates • Track actions and commitments across forums and drive accountability through closure • Apply structured problem‑solving and continuous improvement principles to remove friction in how the organization operates • Identify root causes, design countermeasures, and support adoption of improved ways of working • Support change management efforts to ensure new processes, tools, and behaviors are understood, adopted, and sustained • Leverage AI and digital tools to improve: Analysis, synthesis, and executive content creation • Partner closely with Finance to support business cases, investment requests, and funding decisions • Track benefits realization and performance against plan • Help to connect effort to impact and outcomes to value creation
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, business operations, or program leadership
- Strong financial and analytical skills; comfortable with business cases, ROI logic, and performance metrics
- Solid project management capabilities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Ability to synthesize ambiguity into structured insights and executive‑ready recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Nice to Have: Exposure to RBS toolset
- Experience supporting executive reviews or senior leadership forums
- MBA or MBA‑track background preferred but not required
