Responsibilities: Solution Design & Delivery - Design and deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions aligned to customer goals. - Capture customer requirements and collaborate with internal technical teams to architect solutions. - Assist customers in preparing technical environments for Copilot implementation. - Partner with Security, Compliance, and Endpoint teams to ensure data and device readiness. - Develop frameworks for low-code agent execution using Power Platform governance models. Client Advisory & Strategy - Guide customers in identifying AI use cases and selecting appropriate technologies. - Define measurable business value and ROI for Copilot implementations. - Translate business needs into technical solutions using iterative design approaches. - Serve as a trusted advisor and connect customers to advanced technical specialists as needed. Training, Enablement & Documentation - Design and deliver training aligned to customer business processes. - Create technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials. - Support citizen developers and end users with guidance and best practices. Collaboration & Leadership - Work cross-functionally with delivery teams, consultants, and architects. - Mentor junior team members and support skill development. - Contribute to best practices, standards, and repeatable solution frameworks. Requirements - Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. - 5+ years of experience with Microsoft collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Teams. - 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse). - Knowledge of Power Platform governance, administration, ALM, and security best practices. - Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform services. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members. Preferred Qualifications - Copilot certifications (AB-900 beta). - Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent). - Familiarity with DevOps practices for Power Platform, including CI/CD, pipelines, and source control. Role Description In this full-time, max term (2 years) role, you’ll work remotely from home as a part of our Climate Change Division, to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Climate Change Technical Adviser plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether it’s evidencing climate-related problems and building solutions, or problem solving with teams to support the impact of our Climate Change portfolio, you’ll be contributing to our commitment to children around the world. You will make a difference by: - Providing high-quality technical input on child-centred climate change content for our portfolio of current and future climate change projects. - Working closely with a team of experts in the Climate Change Division including technical, operations, communications, financial and legal; across different sectors including health and education with focus on locally-led adaptation (LLA). - Advising and reviewing projects and project proposals to ensure accuracy and leading practice on climate change adaptation and partner/donor requirements. - Guiding Save the Children’s climate change portfolio teams (including country offices, members and partners) to align thinking on context-specific approaches to climate hazards, impacts, risks, and solutions through capacity building including development of templates, tools and visuals. - Supporting the deepening of LLA programming within the existing Green Climate Fund (GCF) portfolio and influencing the wider Save the Children programming. - Supporting progress of the pipeline through strong relationship management, analysis of adaptation gaps, drafting and quality assuring content to improve initial project ideas, concepts and/or funding proposals. - Working closely with a range of stakeholders both internal and external such as the GCF and Fund for Responding to Loss and Damage, to demonstrate and advocate for robust, evidenced based and scalable climate change solutions. - Researching and analysing the climate change and climate finance landscape to integrate best practice and fit-for-purpose emerging thinking into our approach. - Representing Save the Children related to the climate change portfolio on technical working groups or at relevant events/forums. Qualifications - Degree in a relevant subject, e.g., Climate Change, Environmental Science, International Development, etc. - Experience of developing and reviewing concept notes and funding proposals for GCF. - Experience in researching, analysing and drafting climate change and locally-led adaptation evidence and building appropriate solutions, with an understanding of how to interpret scientific literature and climate models, in addition to sourcing most relevant climate and finance information. - Experience in climate change adaptation approaches in development contexts at the national and/or sub-national levels. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesise and process information on development and climate change issues. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including engaging presentation skills and the ability to synthesise complex information. - Strong ability to analyse and present lessons learned to internal and external audiences as a means of influencing access to child-centred climate finance. Role Description You will be responsible for the support, implementation, and configuration of the SBS Substation Design solutions, providing industry knowledge of Substation Design to guide customers to the best solution matching their needs.
