UX Researcher

• Conduct competitor and market research to understand user behaviors, flows, pain points, and needs. • Analyze existing user interfaces and the design of our current solutions. • Utilize tools like Visily or Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. • Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and usability studies to support data-informed decisions. • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure seamless user experiences. • Test and validate design concepts through A/B testing, surveys, interviews, and analytics. • Document research findings and present insights to stakeholders. • Stay up to date with industry trends and UX best practices to continually refine our approach.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in UX research and UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in Visily (preferred), Figma, and similar design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), usability principles, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Ability to translate research insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven UX decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Portfolio or case studies showcasing past research and wireframe designs.
