Role Description The Healthcare Analytics Advisor is a client-facing role responsible for turning healthcare data into clear, actionable insights for providers, clients, and internal teams. This position supports client conversations, presentations, and sales efforts by delivering accurate, easy-to-understand analysis that drives decision-making. This role requires a strong quality assurance mindset and the ability to work independently. Candidates must be comfortable taking a broad task, identifying key questions, determining the appropriate approach, and delivering accurate, client-ready outputs with minimal guidance. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, communicating findings, and supporting business outcomes, without a heavy focus on coding or technical development. Duties - Analyze healthcare data and reporting outputs to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that can be shared with providers, clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders. - Participate in client and provider-facing calls, including presenting results and responding to questions in a clear and professional manner. - Support sales and client success efforts by preparing data-backed insights, reports, and presentation materials. - Develop and maintain client-ready reports, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and other analytical deliverables. - Review reports and presentations for accuracy, consistency, and quality before distribution. - Apply a strong quality assurance mindset to ensure data outputs, summaries, and presentations are accurate and aligned with business needs. - Collaborate with internal teams to support broader analytics, client success, and business initiatives. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain data security best practices. - Demonstrate commitment to the company's core values and ensure high standards of quality and service. - Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data, this role is considered to be a High Risk Role. Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, Public Health, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience. - Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, healthcare analytics, consulting, client success, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights to non-technical audiences. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation experience. - Experience creating reports and presentations (PowerPoint proficiency required). - Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal guidance. - Ability to identify key questions, structure ambiguous problems, and execute solutions effectively. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with a quality assurance mindset. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. - Ability to navigate reporting tools and generate reports. - Basic familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar tools preferred, but not required. - Preferred familiarity with healthcare data and billing practices, including CPT and HCPCS codes. - May require occasional travel. Requirements - Salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. - This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
