Contract Integration Analyst
Incora
• Maintain a strong knowledge of Incora products and LTA & JIT service solutions, and on-site and FSL policies and procedures • Administer and fulfil the implementation project, transition, and any on-going support activities of the company’s new special customer contract inventory management projects • Follow and complete implementation plan tasks developed by the Implementations Project Manager • Organize resources for implementation process • Coordinate final phase operations, (including sites visits with the Project Completion Teams) with the Operations Manager to ensure plan fulfilment, and a smooth, efficient and successful customer experience • Assist in defining customer parts requirements by point-of-use, work Center and project • Map customer production floor, as needed • Create system data records • Assist in the design and installation of scanning and barcode label equipment at inventory locations • Assist in the training of on-site personnel; develop and maintain training manuals and conduct initial and on-going training efforts for customer and company personnel • Identify and coordinate process improvements to existing and new contract operations • Aid in the testing and deployment of process, hardware and software solutions applicable to contract operations • Direct day-to-day activities of implementation crews, as requested • Ensure all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local state and federal regulations and laws governing business operations • Work in concert with JIT Regional Customer Program Managers, as necessary, to assist in the day-to-day operations of existing customer contracts • Work in concert with CDF & FSL Warehouse Managers, as necessary, to assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations of existing contracts • Attend regularly scheduled and impromptu departmental meetings, and attend company-sponsored training or meetings, as required • Frequent Business Travel as needed to support projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management; or an equivelant of education and experience is required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in JIT, VMI and/or 3PL environments
- Demonstrated specialist knowledge of aerospace hardware products and JIT contract services
- Demonstrated experience within an implementation process or teams; and working well with others
- Demonstrated ability to train and/or lead others to competency
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Clear and accurate data entry and documentation skills
- Strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customers
- Ability to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research, if required
- Ability to be cross-trained in multiple critical areas of the department
- Strong competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word and Excel (i.e., spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files, as applicable)
- Ability to travel, as required
