Role Description Processing orders, quotes, bids and contracts as well as handling changes that may occur. Answer incoming calls and work directly with customers to answer questions and maintain a strong business relationship. Assist Regional Sales Managers with quotes, sales history and marketing information. Principal Responsibilities: - Enters quotes and orders into ERP system - Provide quotes and assist Regional Sales Managers - Work closely with customers to answer inquiries - Help coordinate shipments with Plants and Transportation Department - Update orders with revised delivery dates - Check orders created by other team members for accuracy - Conduct weekly order status meetings with assigned manufacturing plants - Create bid submittal documents - Create bills of lading and manage inventory for finished goods yards - Participates and contributes to company safety program - Perform other job-related duties as assigned Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
