Role Description - Partner with sales consultants to achieve efficient implementation of new business and smooth transition of relationship into client management team. - Develop strategic relationships with key partners within the assigned portfolio and establish consultative approach to gain insight into the Voice of the Customer and understand the clients’ strategic business goals. - Champion the needs of our clients whilst balancing business needs by developing ideas and solutions based on customers’ strategic goals in alignment with CGHB’s value proposition and business strategy. - Monitor the Client/Broker service delivery execution of our service operations and identify opportunities for improvement. - Liaise with key internal functions to drive for financial results and achieve high customer satisfaction levels through ‘client facing’ projects including satisfaction surveys, product development and service ops enhancements. - Meet persistency goals, negotiate and finalise the renewal of each assigned client contract. - Take part in defining the Renewal Strategy together with the Client Management and Underwriting Teams. - Prepare and maintain records on SFDC for all key accounts, and manage clients in line with team procedures and processes. - Co-ordinate with strategic regional service partners to ensure constant enhancement of client facing proposition to meet evolving market needs. - Liaise with other Cigna divisions and partners (i.e UK Healthcare and CGHB NA) to fully leverage global client relationships, identify and facilitate growth opportunities within existing relationships and beyond. - Provide subject matter expertise on health care and social security regulation/issues for Australia and other markets to our Clients/Brokers and internal stakeholders, as part of CGHB’s service delivery and global compliance offering. Qualifications - University degree holder preferred (not essential for the right candidate). - 1-2 years working experience in the insurance industry and/or in strategic relationship management in a corporate (B2B) environment. - Demonstrated strength in working with a wide range of stakeholders and distribution channels. - Proven track record in building value-based relationships. - Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail and quality in execution. - Able to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. - Excellent negotiation, influencing and persuasive skills. - Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and solutions oriented. - Team player, able to drive for results through influencing and working with others. Requirements - Ability to foster collaboration, value others perspectives and gain support and buy-in for organizational proposals. - Liaise with internal departments, e.g. underwriting, claims teams, marketing, in line with established procedures to ensure optimum service to client. - Ability to work remotely and occasionally travel interstate for internal and external meetings.
