We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to support and oversee landlord-led buildouts of new outpatient medical clinics across multiple markets. • Assist OpenExchange Project Managers with managing the delivery of information and processes to OE operations teams leading up to events as well as aiding PMs during the day of events. • Provide assistance to Project Managers with staffing of Video Specialists to ensure coverage for events. • Help to set-up and organize Video Specialists kick off calls. • Communicate key points for event to Video Specialists. • Prepare "Cheat Sheets" each night ahead of a conference execution day. • Liaise with client (last client catch-up call leading up to event, day of execution call/channel). • Lead internal team to successful execution through timely, informative, and positive messaging. • Create alternate connections via the designated team upon request(s). • Monitor Helpscout inboxes for incoming event requests from clients and post in appropriate channels for Project Manager coverage. • Enter new events accurately in Salesforce and build out these events in Central for a Project Manager to take over once assigned. • Consolidate and prepare post conference analytic reports to provide to clients (i.e.: registration and attendee reports). • Fulfill duties as a Video Specialist as needed as well as any additional duties as required.

• Responsible for the overall management of a range of technology-based projects, which may include but not be limited to: Structured Cabling, Audio Visual, Access Control, Security, Sound Masking & Lighting Control • Collaborate with the sales team with on-site surveys, the client needs analysis and presentation of new technologies to clients • Support sales team with coordinating complex design engagements and project coordination • Create a rough order of magnitude estimate (ROM) with a focus on customer value and functionality • Provide the ROM and other preliminary design needs to engineering for the final design, bill of materials and drawings to be produced • Work with vendors in each technology trade and provide them with the design package for them to provide a quote • Attend on-site and remote meetings deemed necessary for the project • Participate in project kickoff meetings with internal staff, clients and other trades associated with the projects • Creates and maintains project documentation including schedules, budgets, labor plans, and project management task worksheets • Research new products and technologies for use in innovative and efficient commercial technology designs • Maintain knowledge of latest products as well as trends in the unified communication industry • Oversee and manage in house showroom technology • Provide leadership, mentoring and training to other junior employees within the workplace technology department. • Protect the confidentiality of information, including client list and company processes and procedures • Promote continuous quality improvement efforts to enhance the services provided to clients and internal staff by demonstrating positive attitudes and actions through a display of courtesy, congeniality, cooperation, initiatives, sensitivity, and professionalism.

Role Description The Growth Project Engagement Manager advances EQT’s Midstream Growth and New Ventures portfolio by leading stakeholder engagement for new capital infrastructure projects, which may include: - FERC-regulated facilities - Natural gas transmission - Carbon capture and sequestration (CCUS) - Broader carbon management initiatives - Power generation projects Reporting to the Director, Growth Affairs, this role serves as EQT’s lead representative in assigned project geographies and is directly responsible for helping move projects from concept to approval. The Manager builds and manages strategic relationships with local officials, regulators, community leaders, and landowners to proactively align stakeholders and secure durable support. This role leads outreach strategies tightly aligned with project siting, permitting, and commercialization milestones — ensuring projects successfully navigate local approvals, regulatory scrutiny, and public engagement requirements. Success in this position is measured by the ability to translate community engagement into tangible progress against development timelines. This role is well suited for a professional who has experience working on energy infrastructure projects and understands the realities of project development, regulatory scrutiny, and community engagement in high-visibility environments. Travel may account for up to 50% of working time. When not traveling, work may be performed remotely. Preference for candidates located in Ohio, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia. The Growth Project Engagement Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Lead stakeholder engagement efforts within assigned project areas, serving as EQT’s primary point of contact for key stakeholders. - Develop and implement milestone-driven outreach strategies aligned with project development and regulatory timelines. - Cultivate productive relationships with local officials, regulators, economic development organizations, community groups, landowners, and trade associations. - Represent EQT in public meetings, stakeholder briefings, and one-on-one engagement settings. - Provide actionable field intelligence by monitoring local political, regulatory, and community dynamics; identify emerging risks and opportunities. - Track and document stakeholder engagement activities and measure impact on project progress and community outcomes. - Coordinate closely with project leadership, external consultants, and EQT’s Corporate Communications and Government Affairs teams to ensure engagement strategies are aligned with operational priorities, regulatory objectives, and broader corporate positioning. - Collaborate with public and private sector project partners to ensure alignment on public engagement, permitting, communications, and overall project execution. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree - 5+ years of relevant experience - Experience supporting Corporate Communications, Government Affairs, or Community Affairs within a utility, midstream, upstream, or other energy infrastructure company; agency experience supporting energy sector clients is also acceptable - Experience serving as a primary stakeholder contact for infrastructure or capital projects Requirements - Strong understanding of energy infrastructure development, including permitting processes, regulatory review, and stakeholder risk management. - Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment in politically and publicly sensitive environments. - Clear communicator with confidence representing the company in high-visibility settings. - Strong organizational discipline and ability to build consensus among internal and external stakeholders.
