Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices including Agile, Scrum and SAFE.
- Fluent with project management software and tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and navigate challenges effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with legal fintech applications — such as collections management software, legal case management systems, compliance platforms, or payment processing tools — is a strong added advantage.

• Assist OpenExchange Project Managers with managing the delivery of information and processes to OE operations teams leading up to events as well as aiding PMs during the day of events. • Provide assistance to Project Managers with staffing of Video Specialists to ensure coverage for events. • Help to set-up and organize Video Specialists kick off calls. • Communicate key points for event to Video Specialists. • Prepare "Cheat Sheets" each night ahead of a conference execution day. • Liaise with client (last client catch-up call leading up to event, day of execution call/channel). • Lead internal team to successful execution through timely, informative, and positive messaging. • Create alternate connections via the designated team upon request(s). • Monitor Helpscout inboxes for incoming event requests from clients and post in appropriate channels for Project Manager coverage. • Enter new events accurately in Salesforce and build out these events in Central for a Project Manager to take over once assigned. • Consolidate and prepare post conference analytic reports to provide to clients (i.e.: registration and attendee reports). • Fulfill duties as a Video Specialist as needed as well as any additional duties as required.
