Program Analyst
The Green Technology Group, LLC
• Conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports. • Determining program requirements and making recommendations. • Analyzing programs, policies, procedures, and systems and making recommendations to optimize these. • Drafting new or revised policies and procedures. • Assisting program managers with the development of budgets and schedules as well as tracking metrics. • Identifying and resolving issues and problems. • Planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of operations and programs. • Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Must have knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.
- Must be able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes.
- Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations.
- Must be able to effectively manipulate data to present program status and make recommendations on improving business processes.
- Experience in creating new methods of gathering and analyzing source data to evaluate program effectiveness and analyze business processes.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier II Moderate Risk Background Investigation.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's Degree (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education).
- 5 years related experience required.
