Job Description

Warm Leads Specialist

Bionic Talent

Role Description We are seeking a Warm Leads Specialist to manage warm lead outreach for a group of CrossFit clinics. This is not a cold-calling role; you will be responsible for contacting individuals who have already expressed interest or filled out a lead generation form. Your primary objective is to have meaningful conversations within five minutes of a lead coming in and successfully booking them for their first introductory meeting. This role is about human connection and "aspirational selling" rather than aggressive, high-pressure tactics. - Warm Lead Outreach: Calling back inbound leads immediately (ideally within 5 minutes) during regular business hours to capture interest while enthusiasm is high. - Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Engaging in subtle sales conversations to understand the lead's goals and motivation. - Appointment Setting: Managing the transition from lead to "first meeting" by scheduling appointments for the local gym owners. - Brand Ambassadorship: Representing the CrossFit brand with an aspirational, supportive, and non-aggressive tone. - Workflow Management: Operating within a centralized pilot system to ensure no lead sits unattended for more than a few minutes. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in lead generation, intake coordination, or appointment setting. - Proven track record in high-volume outbound calling to warm leads (not cold calling). - Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel) for lead tracking and status updates is preferred. - Advanced English communication skills with a focus on a neutral/light accent suitable for North American clients. - Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. - Self-motivated and proactive. Requirements - Position: Warm Leads Specialist - Remote Status: Fully Remote - Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm PST - Holidays: US Federal Holidays - Salary: 1100 USD - 1400 USD + commission - Internal Job ID: 1276
