• Negotiate and secure mechanical, synchronization and other publishing licenses covering WMG’s exploitation of the musical compositions. • Review, negotiate and secure mechanical and synchronization licenses. • Research song titles and information about songwriters and music publishers. • Confirm publishing splits and writer credits with various music publishing companies. • Compile necessary information regarding musical compositions and enter that information into databases. • Analyze and apply licensing and royalty provisions in agreements with artists and producers. • Liaise with other departments and WMG’s record labels as needed. • Respond to inquiries from music publishers and other music publishing rights administrators.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 0 to 2 years’ experience working in a position or positions involving the administration of mechanical or other publishing royalties.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently and effectively while working under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments at any given time and prioritize them effectively and appropriately.
  • Strong computer skills, including strong data entry skills (with an emphasis on accuracy) and strong proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

Role Description Emerald, a leader in building dynamic market platforms that integrate live events and media, seeks an OneStream Administrator to support FCC, FP&A and enhance a multi-system financial applications landscape in a highly audited (SOX-compliant) environment. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and operational efficiency across systems including OneStream, Hyperion and a potential other application that are integrated with OneStream. The OneStream FP&A Systems Administrator serves as the internal product owner and technical lead for enterprise financial planning and performance management systems. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, and external vendors to support financial close, consolidation, planning, reporting, and data integration processes. The position ensures system reliability, strong data governance, and seamless integration across enterprise systems. Experience with FP&A applications is required, with OneStream experience preferred.
