Title: Product Manager Location: USA Job Description: Location: Remote (US) Reporting Structure: This role will report to the VP of Marketing & Product. Company Description ARInsights is a 25-person, profitable B2B SaaS company trusted by the world’s leading technology and professional services organizations, including Google, Microsoft, PwC, and others, to manage and strengthen their Analyst Relations programs. For 20 years, we’ve been the category leader in AR technology. Now we’re entering a new chapter: infusing intelligence, automation, and LLM-powered capabilities into our platform to help companies understand and influence the conversations shaping their markets. We’re backed by Polaris, operate with startup urgency (although we’ve been around for 20 years so we’re super stable), and maintain a tight-knit team (six engineers, a UX designer, and a VP of Product & Marketing). If you want meaningful ownership without the chaos of a hyper-scaling startup, you’ll love it here. The Role We’re hiring a Product Manager to drive execution across our roadmap and help deliver the next generation of intelligence features in our platform. This is a hands-on, execution-first role. You’ll spend most of your time taking ideas from concept → shipped product in a lean, fast-moving environment. You’ll work directly with the VP of Product & Marketing and partner closely with a small engineering team to deliver high-impact features. This role is about making things happen— You’ll help turn ideas into shipped product—participating in discovery, refining requirements, and ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions that solve real customer problems. What You’ll Do - Drive execution across the roadmap: Break down product initiatives into clear, actionable work and ensure features ship on time and solve real user problems - Own features end-to-end: From early discovery through scoping, delivery, launch, and iteration - Turn ambiguity into clarity: Translate loosely defined ideas into concrete requirements, user stories, and decisions that unblock engineering quickly - Partner deeply with engineering: Work day-to-day with a small team (4–6 engineers) to move work forward, resolve tradeoffs, and maintain delivery momentum - Contribute to AI-powered features: Support the development of LLM-driven capabilities, automation, and data-to-insight workflows - Engage with customers: Participate in customer conversations to understand workflows, validate problems, and refine solutions - Use data pragmatically: Help define success metrics and evaluate feature performance, even when instrumentation is imperfect - Support product quality: Contribute to release communication, documentation, and overall product polish What Success Looks Like (First 6–9 Months) - You are independently driving features from concept through launch - Engineering feels unblocked and trusts your requirements and prioritization - You’ve developed a strong understanding of customer workflows and product gaps - You consistently bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous problems What You Bring - 3–5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS - Proven ability to own features end-to-end in a hands-on capacity - Strong execution skills—you can take something ambiguous and get it shipped - Comfort working directly with engineers and designers in a lean environment - Experience operating in small teams or low-support environments with high ownership - Curiosity about customers and a desire to understand real workflows (not just requirements) - Clear, direct communication and a bias toward action - Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum AI / Data Experience - Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered product features (e.g., working with LLMs, evaluating outputs, integrating APIs, or using AI in product workflows) - You don’t need to be an ML expert, but you should be comfortable treating AI as a product capability—not just a concept #Perks - Meaningful ownership: Shape the roadmap for the leading platform in a growing, high-trust category - Innovate with AI: Autonomy to explore and operationalize emerging technologies - Small team, big impact: Work closely with leadership and see your work ship quickly - Remote-first flexibility: Work from anywhere in the U.S. - Zero B.S.: A collaborative, friendly, high-integrity culture Our Values - Customer Focus – We build to solve real problems - Collaboration – We win as a team - Integrity – Direct, honest communication - Product Excellence – Quality matters - Friendly & Fun – We enjoy building together
