Business Development Representative

Illumination Systems Arizona

• Leverage MinIO’s intelligence systems to identify potential prospects and generate leads. • Develop strategies to convert existing MinIO’s vast ecosystem of open-source users into commercial customers. • Develop strategies to attract new enterprise customers to the MinIO value proposition. • Craft creative, personalized emails and email sequences to articulate the value of a commercial relationship with the goal of meetings and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals. • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. • Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts. • Constantly assess the data on the work, continuously optimizing it. • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Utilize the full suite of technology tools (SFDC, Hubspot, Outreach) tools to track interactions, progress, and conversions.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on data infrastructure SaaS solutions.
  • Outstanding writing and phone communication skills, capable of engaging and persuading executives.
  • Highly creative approach to sales and problem-solving, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in email sequencing and platforms, with a strong understanding of digital communication tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Software, Data Analytics or a related field preferred.
