Implementation Analyst
PSG Global Solutions
• Design and optimize recruitment workflows integrated with HRIS • Support global QA and deployment documentation. • Ensure accurate data flow and a consistent candidate experience • Document workflows and support ongoing releases • Configure email/SMS messaging aligned with Anna AI calls • Partner with Product and regional teams to improve workflows and messaging • Support A/B testing to boost engagement and completion rates • Help standardize sourcing taxonomies (sources, sub-sources, campaigns) and reporting definitions across PSG and local Operations so performance can compare systems globally. • Analyze performance by channel, campaign, and geography (e.g., cost per lead, conversion by stage, time-to-contact) and recommend experiments to improve quality and volume.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in implementation, HR systems, workflow configuration, process optimization, or technical operations in recruitment.
- Experience with automation design, RPA, or conversational design (preferred)
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, ATS systems, CRM tools, or recruitment technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, CPL, time-to-contact) and translate insights into process improvements.
- Ability to manage QA testing, validate data flows, and ensure deployment accuracy.
- Comfortable working with global, cross‑functional, and remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, adjust to shifting priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort configuring system messaging (email, SMS, chatbot flows) and understanding logic‑based triggers.

Duties & Responsibilities - Ensure that project related quality processes are followed by denials analyst and client specific and internal metrics are achieved. - Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and understand the quality requirements both from process perspective and for targets.
