Job Description As the Associate, Broadcast Services, you will report into the Senior Vice President and support the Olympic & Paralympic teams, taking directive from area leads as assigned. Responsibilities - Provide responsive support to the team around Olympic & Paralympic planning, adapting quickly to changing needs and priorities including but not limited to: - Translate raw data into compelling visuals, charts, and summaries that tell a clear story (synthesize complex information into concise, easy-to-understand insights, presenting data in creative and non-traditional formats to improve clarity, engagement, and decision-making) - Translate Production and Engineering requirements into the external platforms (ex: OBS and OCOG Rate Card Services) - Build clear, polished, and visually engaging PowerPoint (and/or other platform) presentations for leadership and stakeholder audiences - Maintain strong attention to detail while managing large volumes of information, perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems.
