• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that support day-to-day decision-making across the business • Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure the reliability of BI services and dashboards • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, QA and Ops teams to ensure reporting consistency, documentation, and data quality • Identify and implement opportunities to automate reports, reduce manual work, and improve speed to insight • Troubleshoot reporting issues and data anomalies in coordination with engineering partners • Support data governance and data quality standards within the BI environment
Job Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in data engineering, BI development, analytics, or reporting
- Proficiency with reporting or BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake
- Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of data structures used in reporting
- Interest in automation, scripting, and workflow tools to improve reporting efficiency
- Fluency in English
