• Serve as a technical lead on client engagements, guiding end-to-end solution deployment and customization. • Act as the bridge between our engineering team and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations. • Rapidly prototype integrations, build internal tooling, and configure systems to meet client needs. • Own the technical deployment lifecycle including onboarding, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting. • Partner cross-functionally with product and clinical teams to surface insights and inform the product roadmap. • Must be willing to travel to customer sites as needed to ensure hands-on success and strong relationships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles involving customer-facing deployments or implementation engineering.
- Deep experience integrating with healthcare systems such as EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena), CRMs, or population health platforms.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7v2, etc.).
- Experience working in complex technical environments within health systems, payors, or digital health.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical requirements across diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations or immunizations, as mandated by the healthcare facilities where you will be deployed.

Role Description The Practice Architect, AI/ML position is a leadership position responsible for managing multiple consulting and delivery projects or programs. The Practice Architect provides consulting and delivery assurance of services for clients through a range of internal and external functions.
