• Design, deploy, and support the network infrastructure that powers the O-I manufacturing and office environments worldwide • Implement and maintain enterprise network infrastructure supporting O-I’s global business • Troubleshoot network issues to ensure timely resolution and continuity of operations • Monitor network performance and availability across O-I locations • Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation in accordance with Global Standards • Participate in on-call rotations to provide continuous support and rapid response to critical network incidents • Lead network infrastructure projects, including tech refreshes and lifecycle management initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise LAN, firewall, and/or wireless network infrastructure
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently within a global organization
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal
  • Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining wireless network infrastructure in industrial or office environments, as well as troubleshooting issues with existing wireless systems, will be a strong asset
