Site Lead We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Lead, to support a large‑scale, multi‑site deployment of the Oracle Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. In this role, you will lead and manage operational support activities across all phases of deployment—including pre‑deployment preparation, go‑live execution, and post‑deployment optimization. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned workstream, ensuring that planning, execution, and coordination efforts are aligned with project goals, timelines, and budgets. The work: - Lead operational support for multi‑site Oracle EHR deployment efforts, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and resource plans. - Serve as the primary workstream contact, facilitating collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management. - Oversee all deployment phases, including pre‑deployment readiness, go‑live coordination, and post‑deployment performance optimization. - Communicate routinely with key stakeholders to provide updates, identify challenges, and sustain progress on deliverables. - Build trusted relationships across client, vendor, and internal organizations to support seamless deployment execution. - Develop a deep understanding of client practices, policies, and processes to inform operational and workflow decisions. - Prepare deliverables—including data analysis, slide decks, written summaries, and decision‑support materials—to drive informed leadership choices. - Document and escalate patient safety concerns through proper channels to ensure timely resolution. - Support coordination of triage activities, including incident management forums, issue review sessions, and live‑site deployment events. What you need: - US Citizenship. - Prior project management experience supporting complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives. Nice to have: - Experience in Healthcare IT or EHR system deployments (Oracle EHR strongly preferred). - Demonstrated subject‑matter expertise within relevant workstream domains. - Experience working with client organizations, Veteran communities, or military culture. - Familiarity with clinical workflows and operations.
