• Define and execute the go-to-market sales strategy for Elixir EHR • Hire, develop, and manage a team of 2 Account Executives • Establish sales processes, pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics • Coach and mentor AEs on healthcare-specific selling, deal strategy, and closing execution • Carry an individual quota of 20 new logos • Own a team quota of 60 new logos and $2M in new ARR • Drive predictable pipeline generation and consistent revenue growth • Maintain accurate forecasts and communicate results to executive leadership • Sell directly to healthcare decision-makers including practice administrators, CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, and physician leaders • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close • Position and sell the value of a Salesforce-native EHR platform compared to traditional EHR systems • Represent Elixir EHR at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings • Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to product and leadership teams • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success teams • Ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation and long-term customer success • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning strategies

As a Senior Remote Software Engineer, you'll have the autonomy to take ownership of significant projects and make a direct impact on our platform's performance and features. It would be an added bonus if you have experience in any of the following: - Experience with Ruby/Rails - Experience with continuous build in an Agile Environment - Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases - Experience working on an Analytics team The New York and California base salary for a Senior Software Engineer full-time position is between $170,000 and $190,000. Your exact starting salary is determined by a number of factors such as your experience, skills, and qualifications.
