• Manage the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services • Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products • Monitor the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending • Organize cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated experience driving complex initiatives from planning through execution
- Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communicate clearly at multiple levels
- Proven organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience bringing structure, processes, and clarity to evolving or ambiguous programs
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivery and outcomes
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, or a regulated environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies (preferred)
