Role Description NTT DATA is currently looking for a Principal BPO Solution Architect (f/m/d) DACH remote (+ travel to clients, up to 40%) for our growing team in Germany and the wider DACH region. In this Senior role, you will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision-support platforms and will act as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams and engineers. Furthermore, you will map current-state operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture - helping to solution new deals as part of our growth agenda for BPO/BPS within NTT DATA.
