Role Description NTT DATA is currently looking for a Principal BPO Solution Architect (f/m/d) DACH remote (+ travel to clients, up to 40%) for our growing team in Germany and the wider DACH region. In this Senior role, you will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision-support platforms and will act as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams and engineers. Furthermore, you will map current-state operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture - helping to solution new deals as part of our growth agenda for BPO/BPS within NTT DATA. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client workflows (e.g. claims, lending, KYC) and pain points - Architect AI-native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms - Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams - Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities - Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption - Work closely together with the Sales team in Germany and Solution team members globally to solution deals Qualifications - Multiple years of experience in Solution Architecture, specifically within BPO/BPS - Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPO/BPS - Presale experience of solutioning deals (size of $5 Million to $25 Million) from start to finish - Industry knowledge in BFSI, Insurance or Retail - Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models - Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, even if not hands-on - Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written Requirements - Travel up to 40% within the DACH region Benefits - Comprehensive, locally competitive benefits package

You will prepare discipline estimates and work plans, review and approve design documents, interpret regulations, and assist with performance reporting. This role is at the Knoxville Execution Center and will support projects within the Nuclear, Security and Environmental global business unit of Bechtel. Major Responsibilities: - Plans, schedules, conducts, or coordinates detailed phases of the architectural work for a small size project or assignment in support of a global business unit or staff group to include the preparation of original designs layouts, details, drawings and specifications - Develops and interprets design criteria and specifications for complex architectural infrastructure.
