• Design and launch the Mission Readiness Experience (MRE) program • Establish relationships and collaborate with the Salesforce recruitment team and our external talent partners • Build a sustainable, high-impact talent pipeline aligned to Missionforce delivery needs • Drive measurable business outcomes including billable capacity, certifications, and retention • Define and operationalize the vision, structure, and roadmap for the Mission Readiness Experience (MRE)

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, talent development, or workforce development
  • Proven experience launching and scaling complex, cross-functional programs
  • Strong understanding of professional services delivery models
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing without authority
  • Demonstrated ability to design structured learning or development programs
  • Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil who does not hold dual citizenship with the ability to meet customer and government screening standards applicable to this role.
