Position Summary The SAP Services Director - EMEA is a senior leader responsible for driving revenue performance across Rimini Street’s SAP Services portfolio in EMEA, including SAP Support (L4), Application Management Services (AMS), and SAP Consulting (Consult). This role carries full quota responsibility for the Operating Plan for all invoicing, related to SAP Services in EMEA, encompassing both Renewals and New Client Invoicing (NCI). Reporting to the GVP & Global GM, SAP Services, the SAP Services Director- EMEA will be accountable for developing and executing the regional go-to market strategy, driving sales execution, and ensuring alignment across sales, solution engineering, marketing, and delivery teams to achieve aggressive growth targets. The focus region will be primarily EMEA extending support to NAMER region as needed. This role can be located anywhere within the EMEA, ideally close to a Rimini Street office location. This role requires active engagement and regular travel across EMEA and NAMER to support strategic deals, foster regional alignment, and ensure consistent performance against the SAP Services Operating Plan. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Revenue Leadership: Own and deliver the SAP Services revenue target, including renewals and new client acquisition across L4, AMS, and Consult offerings primarily for EMEA and for NAMER region as needed. - Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive pipeline growth, accelerate deal velocity, and expand EMEA market share in SAP Services. - Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with regional teams, Sales Leadership, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure cohesive execution and customer success. - Renewals Management: Oversee SAP Support renewals performance in EMEA, ensuring high retention rates and proactive engagement with existing clients. - New Business Growth: Drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities across SAP Support, AMS, and Consulting services in the region. - Forecasting & Performance Management: Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and performance tracking aligned to the Operating Plan. - Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of SAP ecosystem trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs in EMEA to inform strategic decisions and product positioning. Key Responsibilities & Required Skills - Design, develop, and deploy custom applications on SAP BTP. - Build low-code/no-code solutions using SAP Build Apps and pro-code applications using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS). - Integrate applications with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Datasphere using standard APIs and services. - Develop responsive and intuitive applications using SAP Fiori and SAPUI5, aligned with SAP best practices. - Utilize BTP services such as Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), Destination Service, and Connectivity Service. - Collaborate with functional and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Ensure adherence to Clean Core principles and SAP-recommended extension methodologies. - Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live enhancements. - Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders. - Possess 5+ years of SAP development experience, with strong expertise in SAP BTP. - Demonstrate hands-on experience with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS). - Exhibit proficiency in SAP Build Apps for low-code application development. - Integrate solutions with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud using OData APIs and web services. - Apply strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere and data consumption models. - Showcase expertise in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model). - Utilize programming skills in JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, and REST/OData services. - Work with Git-based repositories and CI/CD practices.
