• Ensure reliability, resilience, and safe operations of Qonto’s critical storage systems (PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis) • Assess resilience maturity of Kafka and Redis stacks, identify risks, propose improvements • Deliver improvements on disaster recovery readiness, upgrades, alerting, and capacity planning • Act as a consultant for backend and product engineering teams, lead design reviews • Respond to and lead high-severity incidents on critical infrastructure

• Own and operate the cloud infrastructure that powers Progress Agentic RAG across multiple cloud providers and regions. • Design and run production-grade, multi-cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps principles. • Lead our GitOps-driven infrastructure workflows, ensuring reliable, secure, and auditable changes. • Operate and scale Kubernetes environments globally, supporting highly available, secure, and scalable workloads. • Enable platform and infrastructure delivery through modern CI/CD and automation practices. • Design and maintain secure, zero-trust networking and identity models across cloud and on-prem environments. • Build and evolve monitoring, incident response, and operational readiness for a 24/7 production platform. • Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to continuously improve reliability and developer experience. • Mentor engineers and help define infrastructure standards, documentation, and best practices.

• Maintain and enhance our cloud-based infrastructure • Spearhead our ISO 27001 effort and maintain compliance with corporate security requirements • Maintain and operate the software build server and continuous integration pipelines for cross-platform desktop and HPC applications • Manage release processes and versioned software distribution • Support and maintain license control systems and related backend services • Maintain AWS-based software distribution and business operations systems • Lead IT security related efforts such as ISO 27001 and corporate security implementations • Manage and configure AWS services, including: EC2, RDS, S3, ECR, IAM, WAF, CloudFront, Identity, CloudTrail, Security Lake • Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of cloud infrastructure • Support operational tooling across AWS and other cloud providers • Administrator for a diverse set of services (Office, AWS, Github, Mailchimp, etc)
