Service Editorial Analyst

• Ensure all client information and updates are communicated appropriately and understood • Ensure that client updates / changes are correctly set in the editorial tool (GCH) • Follow client brief details in terms of guidance around content selection and production of summaries • Create a daily / weekly client press review in the dedicated production tool • Using client brief, make an educated and focused selection of content for the press review • Write or edit customised editorial summary linked to client requirements • Have extensive understanding of using dedicated toolkits • Provide details checks and quality check before delivering content set to the client • Provide any updates or feedback about service issues, new changes, media changes to our client-facing teams • Report any technical problems to relevant personnel (manager, IT Support) • Track any relevant service desk tickets • Regularly review your client specific services to maintain top-level quality • Provide feedback to Content team regarding any mistakes in the service

Job Requirements

  • Ideally a degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, etc.
  • Ideally 1 years plus in a similar role but would consider a graduate with strong English writing skills
  • High standard of English-language proficiency
  • High standard of written English and ability to produce quality editorial
  • Understanding of the global media market, news flow, and the impact of media on corporate communications and strategy
  • Read, understand the articles, identifying & extracting the key details for further analysis.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn and retain issues and terminology related to key industry sectors
  • Ability to learn and adhere to client-specific requirements
  • Excellent proof-reading skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capability to work accurately under pressure and within tight deadlines

Job Purpose The Irish College of GPs CME small group learning has been the most popular type of GP educational experience since its inception in the early 1980's. The meetings aim to develop and support excellent patient care in Irish General Practice through the delivery of continuous medical education, which promotes evidence-based medicine with shared decision making, along with GP personal development. Key Result Areas (KRA’s) - Each tutor should be responsible for facilitating a minimum of three CME groups. These groups should be open to GPs who meet the requirement for the Irish College of GPs PCS and who are living or working in the catchment area of the tutor’s group. - Notify all participating GPs, by means of email and/or WhatsApp, of all small group meetings. The Tutor should ensure that at least seven two-hour meetings of formally organised accessible and worthwhile small group CME is available to each GP in the area per annum. - Provide a syllabus for all the small groups in consultation with the participants, with the National Director and with other providers of CME within the faculties in the designated area. - Tutors will prepare meetings based on educational material which has been assessed at the national tutor workshop or on material that they have prepared themselves which promotes evidence-based medicine with shared decision making along with GP personal development. The topics covered should range from therapeutic and clinical skills to attitudinal meetings and management skills. The meetings should be in keeping with the vision and mission statement of the network. - Use assessment methods to evaluate the benefits of the programme to individual participants as part of the curriculum. - Maintain full attendance records of all meetings and return these monthly to the National Director. These monthly reports should include the number of meetings held, their format, the attendance at each meeting, a copy of the agenda and material used and evaluation sheets. - Provide participants with a CPD Code or certificate of attendance detailing CPD points and entitlement to GMS study leave. - Adhere to the Irish College of GPs Sponsorship policy in any dealings with sponsors of educational events - Attend the complete CME Tutor’s workshop three times per year. - CME Tutors will adhere to all relevant policies and guidelines on the CME Tutor Network Scheme. This will include, but not limited to, participating in scheme visits, maintenance of records, attendance at workshops and submitting reports to National Director of CME as required. - In relation to Group Leaders, CME Tutors should oversee and manage group leaders as laid down in the scheme polices and guidelines. - The tutor may be required to participate in research to demonstrate learning outcomes of the CME network or similar projects. The Law Enforcement Operations team receives, validates, and fulfills criminal legal processes from law enforcement worldwide, primarily via the Kodex portal. The team works closely with Critical Harms, Safety, Legal, Public Policy, Comms, Security, and Finance/DevRel on high-risk cases, NCMEC referrals, and safety escalations. You have: - 5+ years in law enforcement response, trust & safety, legal operations, or adjacent investigative/records roles, including regular handling of legal processes. - Strong working knowledge of ECPA, content vs. non-content standards, U.S. and international LE request types, and emergency disclosure practices. - Demonstrated ability to run points on complex, high-stakes cases with limited supervision and strict deadlines. - Proficiency with case-management and data tooling (e.g., Zendesk or similar ticketing, internal data tools, SQL-adjacent workflows) and comfort learning new internal tools quickly. - Excellent written judgment and documentation skills; able to translate legal requirements into clear, auditable operational steps. - Experience mentoring or leading others informally (e.g., acting lead, trainer, or SME for a queue or workflow).
