• Own and manage the energy efficiency savings and incentive budget forecasting tool • Serve as the expert on forecast status, trends, and key drivers • Analyze complex program data and provide insights to support program and client needs • Work closely with Program Managers to support forecasting models and evolving processes • Produce clear, accurate reports aligned with contract and program requirements • Build and maintain analytical and data management tools • Provide inputs that support Power BI (PBI) reporting • Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements
Job Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or program support
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to explain what drives results
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Experience owning or managing forecasting tools
- Familiarity with Power BI (PBI)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities This position will manage all activities necessary for developing, implementing, and maintaining current and new Healthcare Professional medical education programs. - Identify and manage the program volunteer planning committee by soliciting faculty nominations, inviting members, scheduling planning calls, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items. Oversee the development of education content from the planning committee, as well as obtain Science Review on these items. - Manage program-related vendors, including those who handle case-based outcomes surveys, those who develop and host program websites or activities, and those who are responsible for slide set production, training videos, and website design. - Develop program materials including attendee handouts, coordinator handouts, resource sheets and speaker information. Ensure materials comply with the guidelines of accrediting bodies. Collaborate with department members to ensure appropriate marketing efforts are implemented for managed programs. - Ensure all activities that are CME/CE certified for physicians, nurses, and pharmacists meet the American Heart Association’s accrediting agencies’ policies and standards. Implement and maintain appropriate tracking, filing, and recording systems to ensure that all required documentation is in place for every activity certified for credit. - Establish trusted communication with volunteers and anticipate needs and expectations; work with internal departments to meet department goals and establish the Association as a leader in the field. - Management of project timelines, deadline compliance,, and effective communication. - Manage revenue and budget for established portfolio while identifying potential cost savings and supporting revenue goals. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Knowledge of principles and practices of program management - Minimum three (3) years of experience managing programs - Ability to organize and prioritize workflow, establish and meet critical deadlines - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) - Must have the ability to travel overnight up to 10% of the time Preferred Skills: - Experience in managing continuing medical education programs Compensation & Benefits Salary minimum to the midpoint of the range is $59,700.00 to $79,900.00. The Program Controller participates in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting on multiple projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk.
