Role Description PlanSource is looking for a Manager, Quality Engineering to lead and evolve our Quality Portfolio Ownership model while remaining a hands-on contributor as a SDET within an AI-first engineering strategy. This role balances people leadership, quality strategy, and direct technical execution to enable consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple product portfolios. You will manage and develop a small team of US-based Quality Engineers who operate as portfolio-level automation and quality owners, and you will partner closely with offshore QA leadership to ensure consistent standards and execution globally.
