ICT Project Manager
Uni Systems
• Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope. • Establishes and manages project controls in order to ensure that the milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope and the business goals are enabled. • Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables. • Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project. • Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders. • Assigns and controls the tasks, authorizes work packages, balance priorities and workload in the team, motivates project team members. • Plans and controls project products delivery processes. • Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project. • Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules). • Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project. • Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations. • Organizes and conducts project meetings.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in ICT relevant field.
- At least 8 years of IT relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- At least one certification among: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PM2 Essential / Advanced.
- Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager.
- Proven experience in the area of Data Privacy, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Business Continuity, and Information Security Risk Assessment.
- Has experience working for/at the public sector, preferably in International organisations or EU Institutions.
- Knowledge and experience in applying of project management methodologies and methods.
- Prior experience in applying Agile methodologies.
- Excellent English language skills(C-level, written and spoken).

Role Description The Rainforest Alliance (RA) is seeking a consultant or consulting firm to support data collection and analysis as part of the LANDRISE project’s learning evaluation. The consultancy aims to generate accurate, gender-sensitive, and landscape-relevant data at the household and community levels across the project sites. Qualifications - Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in relevant fields such as Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies, Agricultural Economics, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. - Demonstrated experience in evaluating programs related to climate-smart agriculture, sustainable land use, livelihoods, financial inclusion, and green enterprise development. - Experience conducting gender-responsive and socially inclusive evaluations. - Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale field data collection, including use of digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO). - Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, R, or similar tools. - Availability of qualified field enumerators and supervisors with local language proficiency. - Demonstrated commitment to ethical research practices, including informed consent, confidentiality, and data protection. Requirements - Participate in an inception session with Rainforest Alliance to align on the scope of work, methodology, data collection timelines, and roles. - Receive training on the use of RA-designed digital data collection tools, survey instruments, and standard operating procedures. - Propose and finalize a detailed sampling strategy in line with the project’s target groups and indicators. - Ensure the sample is representative across key categories, including gender (women and youth), type of livelihood activity, and geographic coverage within the project area. - Recruit a team of qualified enumerators with demonstrated experience in household or enterprise-level surveys. - Organize a training session to familiarize enumerators with the survey tools, digital platforms, research ethics, and data quality assurance protocols. - Conduct a pilot of the survey tools with a small subset of respondents to test clarity, functionality, and cultural/contextual appropriateness. - Implement field data collection in the selected communities across the project area using digital tools. - Oversee real-time digital data entry during interviews using approved platforms. - Conduct comprehensive analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate statistical and thematic analysis techniques.
